What's collected. If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address and message you send. The form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), who deliver it to my email inbox. Please keep messages to the basics — don't include detailed medical history in the form; that's discussed properly and stored securely if we work together.

How it's used. Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange appointments. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing, and you won't be added to any mailing list without asking for it.

How long it's kept. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.

Third parties. This site is hosted on Netlify. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The contact form is processed by Formspree. Each processes limited technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver their service — see their own privacy policies for details. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email contact@rehabwise.co.uk for any of these.
